Immunology 呼吸器・耳鼻科領域免疫領域CSA（東京担当）職務内容 MRとして、本社や営業部・営業所のマーケティングプランに基づき、適切なターゲット施設を設定し、適正なプロモーション活動を遂行することにより、デュピクセントの適正使用を推進し、販売計画を達成すること。稼働を通じて、デュピクセントが適応となる、アレルギー疾患で苦しむ患者さんに新たな希望をもたらすこと。【職務要件】必須・大学病院を含め基幹病院等を担当した経験があること・新製品を採用した経験があること・オンラインでのWeb講演会の企画・実施をした経験があること・基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等）・基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル： Word、Excel、PowerPoint ・有効なMR認定資格をお持ちの方・運転免許をお持ちの方歓迎・生物学的製剤やスペシャリティケア製品での稼働経験があること・呼吸器領域（喘息・COPD）関連製品での稼働経験があること・コプロによる営業経験がある方・英語：現時点では不問（ただし、会社支援・自己学習などにより継続的に能力を向上させていくことが必要）・デュピクセントの拡販を成功させたいという熱意のある人・結果にこだわり継続的な努力ができる人・新しい環境や早い変化の環境に対して前向きに楽しめる人・常に患者さんを中心に考え、行動できる人・担当顧客に対して、正しい科学的知識と会社の方針を踏まえ、影響力を適切に行使しながら業務を推進する・他のチームメンバーや、他部門のメンバーを必要に応じて巻き込み、調整をしながら業務を進める・後輩社員に対して、会社の規則や方針にもとづいて、具体的にどのような対応をすればいいのかなどをアドバイスする・担当業務においてメンバー・後輩の指導にあたることのできるレベルの専門知識・スキルを有し、業務に活用している・常に相手を納得させながら自己の主張を伝え意見の対立を調整するコミュニケーションスキルを有し、発揮している・担当業務遂行において、問題点を整理統合し、課題を形成すると同時にそれを解決するスキルを有し、発揮している Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
