Dupixent CSA（皮膚領域/北海道担当） ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities： 1.担当顧客に対して正しい科学的知識と会社の方針を踏まえ、影響力を適切に行使しながら業務を推進する・PTＷ戦略を理解し、製品戦略、営業戦略に基づいたアクションプランをコプロパートナーと共に立案し、ストレッチな目標達成に向けて主体的に実行することで、担当エリアにおいて成果を出している。・KOL/AOLや、難易度・重要度の高い顧客も担当し、PSLや所長のサポートを得ながら自社品のmessageへの理解や行動変容を促し、担当エリア内外への波及効果を発揮することで、営業所や営業部の目標達成に向けて貢献している。 2.社内外のメンバーやパートナーを必要に応じて巻き込み、調整をしながら業務を進める・営業所内において、常に前向きな姿勢で必要と思える発言、提案をしている・上長や本社メンバー、コプロのパートナーを巻き込みながらエリアプランを実現するために活動の質と量を高め、実績面と活動面の両方から営業所に貢献している。・同僚や上長と綿密なコミュニケーションを取り、助言を与えながら成果を出している。また、その成果を検証し、次回の行動に活かしている。 3.最新の社内外のルールを正しく理解して患者思考の活動を行っている・コンプライアンス＆インテグリティ：最新の業界ルールや Sanofi Policyを常に確認・理解し、自らの行動の振り返りを行い、上長や営業所メンバーからのフィードバックを踏まえて日々の活動に生かしている・市販後調査・副作用／クレーム対応等完遂：GVP、GPSP、安全性情報、OUG、品質管理、適正価格維持等各遵守項目を確実にモニタリングし適切に運用する。・製品を通じた社会への貢献：適切なプロモーションと疾患啓発を継続して展開し、必要としている全ての患者さんに1日も早く製品を届けることで社会に貢献する。・営業所の職場環境をよりよくするための活動を主体的に行い、皆が高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる職場づくりに貢献している。 Experience Requirements：・生物学的製剤やスペシャリティケア製品での業務経験があること・担当領域（皮膚科）の知識・経験を有すること・KOL/AOLの所属する担当施設の経験や、スピーカー育成の経験があること・新しい環境を楽しめる人 Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required：・基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等）・基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル： Word、Excel、PowerPoint ・運転免許証（原則）・MR認定証（原則）・現時点では不問だが、英語に対する学習意欲を有し研鑽できる人 Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
