Job Description Job Description The Durability Integration Engineer will develop and execute durability and reliability test plans at system and vehicle level. The role includes durability requirements definition, attribute target setting, validation execution with partners, failure root-cause analysis, and technical reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive design improvements and reliability enhancement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute durability and reliability test plans for systems and vehicle Develop System Technical Specifications for SSD attributes (Strength, Stiffness, Durability) Perform root cause analysis on failures using structured methodologies Define durability requirements and validation criteria based on customer usage, standards, and benchmarks Execute chassis and powertrain durability tests with testing partners Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to recommend improvements and corrective actions Prepare technical reports with test results, insights, and recommendations Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability and reduce warranty issues Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal engineering guidelines Develop/lead and align test standards and procedures for systems and vehicle Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering 8+ years experience in automotive product development in durability Strong understanding of fatigue, material behavior, and structural analysis Experience in durability test planning and target setting for SSD attributes Experience handling chassis and powertrain durability tests Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects cross-functionally EV durability testing exposure and ability to interpret durability CAE reports/data are advantageous Additional Information Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Contract/country: Contractor/Freelance Job family: Workshop - Maintenance
