Job Summary: Provides support, assistance, service and delivery to outpatients in need of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Delivers quality equipment and service to patients receiving outpatient care. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: * High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required * Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Licenses/Certifications: * Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET): Preferred Essential Functions: * Tests and maintains equipment to ensure proper functioning per regulations and guidelines. * Provides support to patients by maintaining DME functioning per regulations and guidelines. * Serves as the liaison between patient, families, and medical staff. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
