In this role, you will engage with Dutch-speaking prospects, setting appointments that will drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market to generate leads. Engage effectively with prospects to convey the value of our services and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up on leads through calls and emails, nurturing relationships with potential clients. Document all client interactions and appointment scheduling details in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions. Provide insights and feedback to improve our appointment-setting strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects meaningfully. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing clients and appointments. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
