Ensure all content aligns with community guidelines to promote a safe and respectful environment. Promptly identify and report inappropriate or harmful content. Engage with the community to foster positive interactions and a welcoming atmosphere. Provide feedback to improve moderation strategies. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken, is required. Strong interest in social media and online community dynamics. Experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude. A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team. Willingness to relocate to Greece for this exciting opportunity!
