Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated Dutch Customer Advisor for Smart Home & Appliances to be part of our team in Greece! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. In this role, you will support customers in understanding and utilizing smart home products, ensuring they have the best experience possible. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home appliances via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support. Guide customers through the installation and usage of smart home devices to enhance user satisfaction. Document interactions with customers in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of inquiries and solutions provided. Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home technology trends and products. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred. A strong interest in smart home technology and appliances. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
