Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute constructive feedback to internal quality improvement initiatives. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and response time targets. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are absolutely essential for this role. Valid EU passport or EU citizenship (mandatory requirement). A good command of English for internal communications, training, and reporting purposes. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field — ideally within the consumer electronics, smart home, or technology industry — is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, a tech-savvy mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for smart home technology and consumer appliances.
