This position not only allows you to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment, but also includes relocation support for those currently living outside Greece. If you have a passion for video games and enjoy providing top-notch customer service, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding gaming products and services. Assist customers with inquiries about video games, consoles, troubleshooting, and account issues. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to enhance user satisfaction. Document interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system. Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and support service enhancements. Stay updated on the latest gaming trends, products, and industry news to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, particularly in the gaming industry, is a plus. A strong passion for video games and an understanding of gaming culture. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers. Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece and join a diverse team in a new environment. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced industry.
