Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding home appliances through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience with our products. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest service improvements. Stay informed about new appliances and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software. Willingness to relocate to Greece, with a paid relocation package provided. A genuine interest in home appliances and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
