Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — this is a non-negotiable requirement for all applicants. A valid EU passport is mandatory to be eligible for this position. A strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional support experiences.
