As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients by providing exceptional support related to software products and services, ensuring their technical and service needs are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in Dutch through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with software inquiries, technical issues, and account management. Document and track customer interactions accurately within the CRM system. Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, features, and company policies. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the software or technology sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Proficient computer skills including CRM and support tools. Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation support provided. Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
