As a Customer Care Agent, you will provide outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with Eneco's energy products and services. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional customer support in Dutch across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with questions related to Eneco's energy services, billing, and technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. Stay updated on Eneco's products, promotions, and policies. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related fields. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with good self-management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and office tools. Willingness to relocate to Greece, with support through the paid relocation package. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
