This position is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about travel and customer service, aiming to provide excellent assistance to customers managing their airline reservations. As a Dutch Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their booking experience is smooth and enjoyable. This position includes a fully paid relocation package to Greece, allowing you to immerse yourself in a vibrant culture while advancing your career in a dynamic industry. Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding airline booking inquiries and support. Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and booking details. Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and efficient problem-solving. Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations through continuous training. Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1) and strong proficiency in English (B2), spoken and written, is required. Previous experience in customer care, preferably within the airline or travel industry, is advantageous. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with professionalism and empathy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Motivation to grow within the company and adapt to evolving processes.
