Your Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer care to Dutch-speaking clients regarding consumer electronics products. Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting. Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate to Greece; a comprehensive relocation package will be provided. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
