Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch across multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Handle inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general customer issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications in CRM systems. Collect and report customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements. Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within an international or multicultural environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece, with a fully covered relocation package.
