Handle customer inquiries related to subscription management and troubleshoot any issues effectively. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while assisting customers. Document all customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with platform features and customer service best practices. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken, is essential. Willingness to relocate to Greece is mandatory for this role. Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills.
