Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with platform features and customer service best practices. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken, is essential. Willingness to relocate to Greece is mandatory for this role. Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
