✅ As a Customer Support you will:

  • After sales support of all customers’ requests in Dutch mainly EMAIL but also incoming calls
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e. troubleshooting, fraud order and returns: “My toothbrush stopped working”, “My TV arrived today after the repair, however it’s still not working”
  • Be knowledgeable about given offer and providing the product information (i.e.: I would like to learn more about the features of the coffee machine; What are the differences between these devices before ordering”
  • Answers delivery questions like: “I was expecting my product yesterday, but I have no news yet on the status of my issue”

✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

  • €1238 gross x 12 months or €1100 gross x 14 months - basic salary,
  • up to 100€ gross project bonus/month (it is a fixed salary supplement),
  • up to €100 gross performance bonus,
  • €7.23 NET/day meal voucher!
  • 20 €/month - Transport allowance

  • Working time frames: Monday to Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m (40h per week, 5days per week)
