Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated Dutch Customer Success Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity across Greece! This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team while providing outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible guidance and support in utilizing our services. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, cultivating strong relationships to enhance their overall experience. Assist clients in understanding and effectively using our products and services to achieve their goals. Proactively track client satisfaction levels and offer personalized resources for their success. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Work closely with different teams to resolve client issues and implement effective solutions. Keep abreast of industry trends to provide meaningful insights to clients. Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer success or related fields is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving results. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
