In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our Dutch-speaking clients receive top-tier support and guidance throughout their engagement with our company. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, nurturing strong relationships to enhance their overall experience. Assist clients in leveraging our products and services to meet their specific goals and objectives. Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels and provide tailored resources for their success. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for ongoing enhancement. Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot client issues and implement effective solutions. Stay informed on sector trends to deliver valuable insights and advice to clients. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must; English proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in customer success or related client-facing roles is desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and a solid understanding of technology. A passion for customer satisfaction and a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full relocation support offered.
