This role includes fully paid relocation, allowing you to experience the rich culture and vibrant atmosphere of Greece while advancing your career in customer success. As a Dutch Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Dutch-speaking clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, fostering relationships to enhance their experience. Guide clients in utilizing our products and services to achieve their business objectives effectively. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively offer resources to ensure successful outcomes. Document client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and drive solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide insightful advice to clients. Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Experience with CRM tools and a good understanding of technology. A strong dedication to customer satisfaction and achieving results. Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
