This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to assist Dutch-speaking customers in the dynamic world of online hospitality and travel. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients utilizing Booking.com's platform, via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel arrangements with accuracy and professionalism. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with various departments, including operations and technical support, to enhance customer service delivery. Stay informed about the travel industry and Booking.com’s offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous. Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment. A willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle.
