This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and have a passion for the automotive sector. As a key member of our support team, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support for their automotive needs. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and troubleshooting issues. Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues that require further expertise. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers. Engage in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive support. Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous. Strong understanding of automotive products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers. Proficient in using CRM systems and various computer applications.
