You will be an essential part of our support team, helping clients in the automotive sector with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and technical support. Document interactions and feedback accurately to help improve service quality. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate when necessary. Stay informed about automotive products and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills. Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the automotive industry, is preferred. Strong interest in automotive products and excellent knowledge of the industry. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using standard computer applications.
