Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our e-commerce team and work remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the fast-paced e-commerce industry. As part of our support team, you will assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking e-commerce clients through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries related to orders, payments, returns, and product information promptly and efficiently. Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure issue resolution. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce products and policies to offer accurate assistance. Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; good command of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is preferred. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work setup. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
