We are seeking Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a premier project supporting a globally recognized leader in home and household appliances. In this role, you will act as a vital point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, managing inquiries, troubleshooting product features, and delivering top-tier service. Key Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding appliance features, warranties, and technical troubleshooting. Provide accurate, friendly, and professional solutions via phone, email, or chat channels. Handle customer accounts, track service requests, and update internal databases with precision. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience. Requirements & Profile Needed Location: Must currently reside in or around Lisbon, Portugal. (Please note: This position is open to local candidates only, as no relocation support is provided). Languages: Native or proficient level of Dutch (written and spoken) with a good working command of English. Skills: Strong communication abilities, a customer-first mindset, patience, and comfort navigating basic computer and database systems. Work Schedule & Location Location: Fully office-based (On-Site) at our modern operations hub in Lisbon. Schedule: Shifting schedules operating within the daytime window of 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Compensation & Financial Benefits We offer a competitive and secure financial package structured according to local regulations: Competitive Base Salary: Fixed monthly base of €1,400.00. Language Allowance: An additional specialized language bonus of €150.00 per month. Monthly Bonus Structure: A performance or productivity-based bonus of €100.00 per month. Comprehensive initial training program fully provided by the company to ensure your total familiarity with the appliance portfolio before your first interaction.
