Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team, with fully paid relocation to Greece! This exciting opportunity allows you to immerse yourself in a vibrant culture while supporting our Dutch-speaking clients in the iGaming sector. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to account issues, game assistance, promotional offers, and technical support. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed. Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Remain knowledgeable about current gaming regulations, industry trends, and company offerings. Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both verbal and written) is required; proficiency in English is a strong advantage. Experience in customer support, especially in the iGaming or related fields, is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Familiarity with online gaming products and an understanding of customer behavior is beneficial. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Must be willing to relocate to Greece for this position.
