Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role. A valid EU passport is mandatory for all applicants. A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communications, training, and operational coordination. Prior experience in customer support services, customer care, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with strong transferable skills are welcome to apply.
