Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Dutch or Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work with a leading Belgian Telecommunications and ICT Provider. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch or Flemish through phone, email, and chat for all telecommunications and ICT-related queries. Assist customers with information regarding products, services, account management, and troubleshooting. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with technical support and other internal teams to address customer needs promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and service offerings to provide informed support. Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications or ICT, is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and manage customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of telecommunications products and services is a strong asset. Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and general computer applications.
