✅ Location: Lisbon and its close area (+100km from Lisbon)

  • Start date: 16.06 & 30.06
  • Remote work system from Lisbon and its close area - Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:59 (5 days/week, 40h/week, 8h/day (+1h lunch break) – full time)

✅ As a Customer Support you will:

  • Providing Friendly Customer Support: Help customers with their questions and issues in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Managing Orders: Assist customers with their orders, ensuring they’re smooth and hassle-free.
  • Helping with Payments: Support customers with payment-related inquiries and guide them through easy solutions.
  • Ensuring Security: Assist in identifying any issues related to payment security and fraud prevention.
  • Working in a Dynamic Team: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, offering top-notch support and solutions.

✅ Competitive salary and compensation system from 1144€gross /month:

  • 990€ gross x 12 month - base salary
  • 165€ / Month- Christmas bonus + holiday bonus
  • 7 € / day (c.a. 154€ /Month) - Meal allowance paid via the food card that can be used in supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants
  • Extra paid night hours & weekends (according to the Portuguese law)
