This role combines sales expertise with solution consulting, allowing you to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored software solutions that drive business success. As a Sales & Solution Specialist, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, working closely with potential and existing customers to identify opportunities and deliver innovative software solutions. If you are passionate about technology, sales, and client success, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify sales opportunities through client consultations and market research. Develop and deliver tailored software solution proposals to meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to clients. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Proven experience in sales, solution consulting, or a similar role within the software industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and close deals. Ability to understand complex client requirements and design appropriate software solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. A passion for technology and continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
