Responsibilities Engage with Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels to assess their needs. Deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating soft sales of energy solutions. Provide accurate information about services and assist customers in making informed decisions. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support service improvement. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer experiences. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential. A strong passion for sales and customer service. Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure. Comfortable working within a diverse and dynamic team environment. A keen interest in the energy sector is a plus. Must possess an EU passport.
