Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a remarkable opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team and work remotely from the beautiful country of Czechia! This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Your Responsibilities Provide crucial administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating effective communication in Dutch. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintain an efficient electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Build and maintain effective communications with clients and vendors in Dutch to ensure outstanding service. Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and contribute to various ongoing projects. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication abilities that foster a friendly and collaborative work atmosphere. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various administrative software tools. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a remote work setting. Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work. A willingness to embrace the opportunity of working from Czechia.
