This role allows you to leverage your administrative skills while enjoying the flexibility of working from home in a beautiful location. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication in Dutch. Assist in data entry, document preparation, and maintain an organized electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements and provide logistical support for team members as needed. Address daily administrative challenges proactively with strong problem-solving skills. Engage with clients and vendors in Dutch, providing exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and contribute to various ongoing projects. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with various administrative software tools.
