Your Responsibilities Serve as a critical administrative resource, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Dutch. Showcase your organizational skills through accurate data entry, document preparation, and by maintaining a well-structured electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics and organization. Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Dutch, providing top-notch customer service. Collaborate with colleagues on various projects to streamline processes and enhance overall team efficiency. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity is preferred. Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication abilities, showcasing a friendly and cooperative nature within a team-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various administrative software tools. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely.
