Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining an organized and efficient electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure seamless logistics for team members. Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and effective problem-solving skills. Engage positively with clients and vendors in Dutch, ensuring high-quality customer service at all times. Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance workflow and efficiency. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication abilities, demonstrating a friendly and collaborative working style. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with various administrative software tools.
