Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in a remote position based in Spain! This role offers you the perfect chance to leverage your administrative skills while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and culture of Spain. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating effective communication in Dutch. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and ensure an organized electronic filing system. Coordinate travel arrangements and provide logistical support for team members as required. Proactively address daily administrative challenges with effective problem-solving skills. Engage with clients and vendors in Dutch, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Work closely with team members to streamline processes and contribute to a variety of ongoing projects. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities to foster a collaborative work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various administrative software tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting. Motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.
