This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge fintech environment, providing expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients. As an Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience when using our payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to the online payment platform, including account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting. Provide clear explanations and advice regarding platform features, compliance, and security protocols. Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Document client interactions accurately in CRM systems, maintaining detailed records. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting online payments. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer advisory roles, preferably within fintech or online payment platforms. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to understand and explain technical and financial concepts clearly. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in CRM software and common office applications. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative work environment.
