Identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraudulent activity or payment irregularities in accordance with established Finance industry compliance protocols. Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, data protection standards, and internal company policies when handling sensitive client information. Educate Dutch-speaking users on platform features, security best practices, and available financial tools to enhance their overall experience. Accurately document all customer interactions, case updates, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining comprehensive and compliant records. Collaborate closely with technical support, risk management, and finance operations teams to resolve complex client issues in a timely manner. Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and contribute insights to continuous service improvement initiatives within the Finance environment. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — a strong command of Dutch is non-negotiable. Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes). A solid understanding of or genuine interest in the Finance industry, online payment systems, or digital financial services is highly advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, client advisory, or a finance-related support role is preferred but not strictly required — we welcome motivated newcomers.
