As an Appointment Planner, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our team. 🌍 Key Responsibilities Engage with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication channels to identify potential leads. Effectively present the value of our services and arrange appointments for the sales team. Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments. Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled appointments within our CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for appointments and follow-up activities. Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and appointment scheduling processes to improve efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to engage prospects effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is highly beneficial.
