As an Appointment Planner, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our team. 🌍 Key Responsibilities Engage with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication channels to identify potential leads. Effectively present the value of our services and arrange appointments for the sales team. Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments. Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled appointments within our CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for appointments and follow-up activities.
