As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building relationships, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects to identify and generate leads. Communicate effectively the benefits of our services to secure appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions. Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and help refine appointment-setting strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively. Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a bonus. Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and client interactions. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software. A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and adapt to a new working environment.
