Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects through phone calls and email to generate leads. Effectively communicate the advantages of our services and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm scheduled appointments. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales discussions. Offer feedback regarding lead quality and suggest improvements in the appointment-setting process. Keep abreast of industry developments and company offerings to engage prospects effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset. Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads and appointments. Ability to utilize CRM software and standard office applications efficiently. A proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and strong team player mentality.
