As an Appointment Setter, you will be crucial in establishing connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Reach out to potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market via calls and emails to generate leads. Highlight the benefits of our services and successfully schedule appointments. Conduct follow-up communications to nurture relationships and confirm appointments. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and scheduled appointments in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of booked appointments. Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing lead generation strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to engage prospects effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail in managing appointments and client records.
