In this role, you will be essential in establishing connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential Dutch-speaking clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads. Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments. Document all client interactions and maintain organized records in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions. Provide insights on lead quality and assist in enhancing our outreach strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with prospects. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous. Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and appointments. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software applications. A self-motivated, proactive individual with a collaborative team spirit. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a remote working environment.
