Key Responsibilities Engage Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication channels to generate leads. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and successfully schedule appointments for our sales team. Follow up with leads to build rapport and confirm appointments. Maintain organized records of all interactions and appointment details in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales discussions. Provide valuable insights on lead quality and improve appointment scheduling strategies. Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service roles is preferred.
