As an Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments that will help drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities Engage with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication methods to identify leads. Present our services effectively and arrange appointments for the sales team. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments. Maintain detailed records of outreach and interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointments to sales discussions. Offer insights and feedback on lead quality and appointment-setting strategies. Stay updated on industry trends to communicate effectively with potential clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and records. Proficient in CRM software and basic office applications.
