In this key role, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our dedicated sales team. This is an ideal position for individuals looking to enhance their career in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales discussions. Provide feedback on lead quality to help refine our outreach strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with prospects. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English skills are an advantage. Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and appointments. Proficient in using CRM systems and other office software.
