Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dynamic Dutch Speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in Greece, with the added benefit of paid relocation! This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to expand business opportunities in the vibrant Dutch-speaking market. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and fostering relationships that drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach in Dutch-speaking markets. Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to present our services and generate interest. Qualify leads and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Maintain an organized record of prospects and client interactions within our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies and campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall team success. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage relationships effectively.
