Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Client Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will act as a vital link between clients and the company, helping to resolve inquiries and facilitate smooth communication. Key Responsibilities: Offer high-quality client counseling in Dutch through phone, email, and other communication channels. Understand and address client needs effectively, providing tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Stay informed about our products and services to better assist clients. Qualifications and Skills: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in client counseling, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently and professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude. Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software. Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
